Our take on a classic West Coast IPA, with slightly less bitterness. The grain bill stays the same but the hops change with each batch. Brewed with local Maltwerks Pale Malt & a touch of Maltwerks Munich Malt for that big, bold malt backbone. This version is hopped with Hallertau Blanc, Azacca, and Amarillo. Flavors of candied orange, fruit loops, & a slight undertone of pine.
