Brewer (Maple Lake)

The Brewer is the primary person responsible for making and monitoring all beverages produced at the Maple Lake facility. Under the guidance of the Production Manager, they brew, manage cellar operations, and participate in packaging duties. The brewer must maintain accurate records, follow SOPs and recipes, and manage their own time effectively.
