Aged in Cabernet Sauvignon barrels for 10 months this ale is crisp & refreshing despite its big, bold nature. Vinous notes, as well as sherry, dark cherries, & oak present themselves… in addition to the notes of malt sweetness & crispy dryness of the base Tripel.
